Every RV park, campground and marina RV site around the lake, 39 in all, checked against each operator’s own website. Who is actually on the water, who has a ramp, what they charge, and what they will not tell you until you call.

We run LakeTime RV, one of the parks below. Everything else is listed anyway. Every entry was checked against the operator’s own website, its booking page, or Missouri State Parks. Rates are the published “from” rates on the day of the update; they change by season, and several parks publish nothing, which we say plainly instead of guessing. Parks we could not verify are in the “Could not confirm” list near the bottom rather than in the main entries. We would rather be incomplete than wrong.

The lay of the land
There are 39 places around Lake of the Ozarks where you can park an RV with hookups, and the brochures blur them together. Here is the shape of it.
Twenty-one of the 39 are actually on Lake of the Ozarks. The rest are on the Osage River below the dam, on a creek arm, on a private fishing pond, or simply inland along a highway. “Lake of the Ozarks” in the name means nothing; two of the three private parks with “Lake Ozarks” in their names are nowhere near the water.
Fourteen have a launch on the property, and “boat access” at the others usually means a slip you rent by the month, not a ramp you can back a trailer down. Exactly one park in Osage Beach has a public ramp with trailer parking on the main channel, and it is ours.
Twenty-seven stay open year-round. Published nightly rates for a full-hookup site run from $39 at the inland parks to $200 at the luxury marina resort, and a surprising number of parks, including some of the nicest, publish no rate at all.
How to read the checks. Every entry carries the same six marks: on the lake, a launch on the property, full hookups, nightly stays, open year-round, and rates posted where anyone can see them. A green check means we confirmed it from the operator’s own site or booking page; a grey cross means no; a question mark means the operator does not say. A park with six green checks is the full package. There are two: LakeTime and the state park.
If you only want the short version: on the water with a ramp and a nightly rate on the Osage Beach side, it is LakeTime or the state park, and that is the whole list. For pools, swim-up bars and live music, it is Bear Bottom, Coconuts, Red Oak, Millstone or Mermaid Cove, and you will be calling for a price. The cheapest full hookups that print a number are Laurie RV Park at $39, Great American at $40, Cross Creek and Rock n Roll at $45, and LakeTime at $49. For big rigs year-round, Lake Ozarks RV Resort has 95-foot pull-thrus, the Linn Creek KOA has 70, and LakeTime takes 50 feet on the water. For an annual site on the water with a ramp, look at Santa Fe Springs from $3,200, LakeTime from $3,100, or Papa Chubby’s around $2,800 to $3,100.
Osage Beach & Lake Ozark
This is the strip most first-timers mean when they say the lake: the main channel around the Grand Glaize bridge, the Highway 54 corridor, and the Osage River just below Bagnell Dam. Five parks and one state campground, and only two of them put you on Lake of the Ozarks itself.

This is our park, so read it with that in mind. LakeTime sits on the main channel at Osage Beach, and the public boat ramp with trailer parking is inside the gate and open around the clock. There are 124 full-hookup sites with 30 and 50 amp service, rigs up to 50 feet, a gate, an office staffed seven days, and the park stays open all year. Nightly rates start at $49 for rigs up to 29 feet and run to $69 for the 40 to 50 foot class; monthly starts at $599 and annual at $3,100.
What it is not: a resort. There is no waterpark, no swim-up bar, no restaurant on the property. If the trip is the boat, the fishing, and waking up on the water at Osage Beach for less than the inland parks charge, this is the one. If the trip is the pool scene, keep reading.
Lake of the Ozarks State Park Campground

The cheapest lakefront camping at the lake, and the hardest to get. About 185 sites in four sections on the Grand Glaize arm, from basic to 30 and 50 amp electric, plus 25 new full-hookup sites in Section 4, the loop closest to the water, which reopened in 2025 after a renovation. Electric sites run roughly $25 to $27 a night, full hookup more, with a $6.50 reservation fee and a two-night minimum on weekends. Two public ramps and a state park marina with slips and rentals are inside the park.
Sections 1 and 4 stay open all winter; water and showers run April 1 through October 31. Summer weekends book out a full twelve months ahead. There is no WiFi, cell signal is weak, stays are capped at 15 days, and the older loops are tight for anything much over 40 feet.
Lake Ozarks RV Resort

The newest full-service park in Osage Beach and the most expensive: back-ins from $77 a night, pull-thrus from $90, monthly from $840. You get a pool, private shower rooms, fiber WiFi, an espresso bar, a fenced dog park, and 104 full-hookup sites with true big-rig pull-thrus up to 95 feet, open year-round.
It is inland, off Highway KK, with no ramp and no slips, so the boat gets trailered to a launch every morning. The name is close to ours and people mix the two up constantly, including third-party directories; see the question at the bottom of the page.
Osage Beach RV Park

Probably the best-reviewed park in the corridor: Good Sam rates it 10/10/10 and RV Life 9.5. Family-run, gated, quiet, with a pool, a kiddie pool, a clubroom, and 90 full-hookup sites with cable, 43 of them nightly and 47 seasonal. Big-rig pull-thrus are available. The park does not publish rates; third-party listings put nightly around $60.
It sits a third of a mile off the Parkway on Highway 42 with no water access and no ramp, it closes from November through March, and the cancellation policy is strict.
Ozarks Landing RV Resort

Riverfront sites minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, with a saltwater pool, playground, ice cream shop, and 74 full-hookup sites on 20, 30 and 50 amp that fit about 45 feet. Summer rates run $47 to $57 a night by site class, $329 to $357 a week, open year-round.
The water here is the Osage River below the dam, not the lake, so you are not boating on Lake of the Ozarks from your site. There is a river dock; a ramp is not confirmed on the current website. Management changed in 2024.
Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area (LORA)

Military and DoD ID holders only. If you qualify, this is the cheapest full-hookup lakefront around: 17 full-hookup sites at about $30 a night, more water-and-electric sites at about $25, a marina with a ramp, slips and rentals, open year-round on the Grand Glaize arm. If you do not qualify, skip it.
North shore & below Bagnell Dam
Eldon, Bagnell and Rocky Mount mailing addresses, but these are the parks along Highway 54 north of the dam and on the Osage River tailwater, ten to fifteen minutes from the Strip. One of them is on the lake. Two are on the river. Two are not on water at all.
Shorewood Landing

A true lakefront park three miles from the dam with a sandy beach, a pool, a private ramp for registered guests, a few slips, trailer storage, cabins, and about 55 full-hookup sites. Open April 1 through October 31, with a handful of year-round monthly sites.
It is mostly a seasonal-guest community and it does not publish rates, so nightly availability is the first question to ask.
Cross Creek RV Park & Campground

The family-activity park: treehouse cabins, mini golf, a pool, a playground, paddle boats, and more reviews than any other park on this list. Full hookups on 30 and 50 amp at $45 a night, $50 for lakefront sites or holidays, open April 17 through October 25 in 2026.
The lake in question is a private 10-acre fishing pond, not Lake of the Ozarks, and there is no ramp. Some sites cap at 26 to 34 feet, so big rigs should confirm a specific site.
Majestic Oaks RV Park & Campground

The cheapest pool-and-pull-thru combination north of the dam: 33 RV sites (84 in all with tents, glamping and cabins), nine pull-thrus to 47 feet, 20, 30 and 50 amp, at $32 to $59 a night, open roughly April through October.
It is highway-side, so expect road noise, and the park’s own website was down when we checked. Book through Campspot.
Lazy River

Built for anglers on the trout and catfish tailwater just below Bagnell Dam: a private ramp with trailer parking, a fish-cleaning station, two pools including an adults-only one, a bar and restaurant, and about 80 full-hookup sites. Nightly is seasonal; monthly and annual run all year.
This is the Osage River, not the lake. The park leans heavily toward annual guests and does not publish nightly rates; older third-party listings put them around $30 to $50.
Camp Bagnell in the Ozarks

Same owners as Lazy River, about four and a half miles farther down the Osage, positioned as an extended-stay park: two pools, a private launch with trailer parking, historic cabins including a caboose and a jailhouse, and water-and-electric and full-hookup sites on 30 and 50 amp, some oversized. Rates are by request. River, not lake, and very few reviews yet.
Camdenton, Linn Creek & the Niangua arm
The south end: Highway 54 toward Camdenton, the Osage arm past the 30 mile marker, and the quieter Niangua and Little Niangua arms. Ha Ha Tonka, for the record, has no RV camping.
Red Oak Resort & RV Park

The biggest on-water park on the south end: more than 160 full-hookup sites on concrete pads and expanding, a private ramp, six docks with slip rentals, a fishing dock, three pools, two restaurants, live music, and July fireworks, open all year. If you want ramp plus docks plus resort scale, it delivers.
It is large and busy in season. Rates are not on the website; the third-party numbers floating around, from $30 a night, are dated. Cabins run $65 to $250.
Lake of the Ozarks / Linn Creek KOA Holiday

Yes, there is a KOA at the lake. It is the one in Linn Creek on Highway 54: 85-plus sites on 39 acres, pull-thrus to 70 feet, 30 and 50 amp full hookups, patio sites, cabins, a pool from late May to mid-September, and the usual KOA facilities, open year-round. Rates depend on dates and only show with a search.
It is highway-side and a drive to any water. What you get is the most predictable big-rig pull-thru in the area.
Rock n Roll RV Park

Basic, inland, and well liked for the price: RoverPass shows 4.5 stars on more than 40 reviews. Somewhere between 26 and 41 full-hookup sites, pull-thru and back-in, 20, 30 and 50 amp, free laundry, a dog park, at $45 a night, $295 a week, $400 to $700 a month, open all year. No pool, no lake.
Lazy Dayz Resort & Boondockz

A quiet-arm resort with more than a thousand feet of shoreline, a concrete ramp, 26 slip rentals, a gas dock, a beach, a saltwater pool, two hot tubs, and a restaurant with a stage. Only 23 RV sites, nearly all pull-thru, and only 14 of those have sewer; the rest are water and electric. The largest pad is 60 feet.
Rates are not published; old listings from the Runaway II days were around $30. The whole property was listed for sale when we checked, so confirm before committing to a long stay.
Riverbend RV Park & Campground

A quiet river float camp with water, electric and sewer RV sites, a dump station, showers, a store, and separate family and party areas, open year-round. Facebook is its only online presence and rates are not published, so call to confirm anything.
Sunrise Beach & the west side
Highway 5 on the west side of the main channel, mile markers roughly 11 through 30. This is the densest cluster of on-water RV parks at the lake, and where the resort-style parks live. It is also where the rates get either high or hard to find.
Bear Bottom Resort

The full resort package on one lakefront property: pools with a swim-up bar, some of the longest waterslides in the state, a restaurant and pub, live music, a gentle ramp, covered slips, a swim dock, a fish-cleaning station, and 65 full-hookup RV spaces, 65 by 35 feet, pull-thru and back-in, on 30 and 50 amp.
It is a party resort with waterpark crowds, it does not post rates, and the resort runs Thursday through Sunday in the off-season through November 1.
Westside RV Park

Deer Valley Campground at Franky & Louie’s

The beach bar and the live music are steps from your site, on a man-made white-sand beach with a protected swim area, a pier, and a boat launch for a fee. The catch is that the campground has hundreds of sites and nearly all of them are seasonal; only a handful of transient pull-thrus with 30 and 50 amp full hookups show on Campspot, from $80 a night or $480 a week, and every booking is non-refundable. WiFi costs extra and reviews rate it poorly. Open April through November.
The Riviera RV Resort

A mid-size park on a no-wake cove with a saltwater pool, a hot tub, golf cart rentals, a playground, a store, slips for rent, and 57 concrete-pad sites, two of them pull-thru, on 20, 30 and 50 amp full hookups. Standard sites are $85 a night, lake view $85 to $95, on-site RV rentals $125 to $135, open year-round apart from holiday weeks.
The property is steep and hilly, no ramp is mentioned, and the pool is shared with about ten lodging units.

It is small, and the property has been marketed for sale.

A restaurant with live music Thursday through Sunday, a boat launch, covered dock slips, a beach, cabins, and 54 full-hookup sites, 48 wooded and six on the shoreline, on 20, 30 and 50 amp for rigs under 45 feet, open year-round.
The rates are the puzzle: one listing says the RV sites and docks are annual-only at roughly $2,800 to $3,100 a year, another shows nightly from $70. Whether a nightly site exists right now is the thing to confirm by phone.
Denali RV Resort & Marina

The only true luxury RV resort and marina on the lake, priced like it: lake-view sites at $160 a night, $800 a week or $14,000 a year, premium lake view at $200, $1,000 and $16,000, and the premium lakefront row at $20,000 a year, annual only. Lots are 30 by 70 feet with 45-foot concrete pads and full utilities, on more than 3,000 feet of shoreline, with 142 private slips, a pool, pickleball, outdoor kitchens, and a full-service marina and gas dock opening in 2026.
Eighty-six sites are open and 114 more are planned; the property was still under construction when we checked. It occupies the old Lakeview Resort site.
Ozark Adventures RV Campgrounds

Big-rig pull-thrus at a low price: about 40 sites, almost all pull-through, with 20, 30, 50 and even 100 amp service, water and sewer, a clubhouse, laundry, a dog park, trails, and fresh eggs. Nightly from about $30, open April through October, with winter long-term stays at $350 plus electric on a 28-day minimum.
It is inland; the water on the property is a private three-acre fishing lake with a pier. The lake is a drive.
Laurie, Gravois Mills & the Gravois arm
Highway 5 north of Sunrise Beach, the Gravois arm, and the far upper arm out toward Versailles and Stover. Quieter water and a longer drive to the Strip. The marina resorts live here, and so do some of the cheapest full hookups at the lake.
Millstone Marina & RV Resort

Premium pricing, no published site count, and some of the amenities, including the exclusive pools and the lounge, are for annual members only.
Mermaid Cove Marina & RV Resort

Strong review volume, 4.7 on more than 150. Neither rates nor a site count are on the website.

Pricing is opaque (it “varies by date”), a ramp is not stated, early reviews are mixed, and it draws resort-scale crowds.
Santa Fe Springs RV Park

If you want a lakefront annual with a ramp and slips at a modest price, this is the one to look at: $3,200 to $3,500 a year for a standard site, $5,500 to $6,800 for lakefront, with 15, 30 and 50 amp, water, sewer, WiFi, trash and off-season storage included, a private ramp, covered slips, a courtesy dock, jet-ski lifts, a beach and a kayak launch.
There are no nightly stays at all, the season is April 1 through October 31, and full-time living is not allowed.
Great American Campground & Dive Bar

The cheapest full hookup on the Gravois arm: 38 pull-thru sites with 50 amp, water and sewer at $40 a night or $245 a week from May through September, two-night minimum, plus tents, cabins and tree houses, a shower house, laundry and a shelter house, open year-round with the bar running Wednesday through Sunday.
It is bar-centric, campfires are not allowed anywhere on the property, and there is no pool. The operator says it is on the shore; the boat situation is not detailed.

Not on the water; a public access is nearby.

About five miles from the lake, dated, and the few reviews it has are old.

A gated park with a pool where Gravois Creek meets the lake, with a private gravel beach, about 46 full-hookup sites including eight plateau pull-thrus on 20, 30 and 50 amp, and two long-term cabins. Pull-thrus from $45 a night, creek view $55, creekfront $65, open year-round.
It is creek rather than open lake, there is no ramp or slip, the park is new with few reviews, and guests rate the free WiFi poorly.
Sunny Beach RV Resort

Every site is lakefront, 24 of them along more than 2,000 feet of shoreline, with a private ramp, nightly slip rentals, fishing and swim docks, a sand beach, and full hookups on 50 amp with fiber WiFi included. Boats, jet skis, kayaks and RVs are all rentable, and the park is golf-cart and ATV friendly.
It is remote, out past Ivy Bend in Stover, there is no pool, and rates are not published for daily, weekly or seasonal stays.
Rock Island RV Park

LakeTime is on the lake at Osage Beach, and the public boat ramp with trailer parking is inside the gate and open 24 hours. Of the parks in Osage Beach and Lake Ozark, we are the only private one where you wake up on the main channel and launch without hooking up the trailer. There are 124 full-hookup 30 and 50 amp sites for rigs to 50 feet, a gate, an office open seven days, and the park runs all year. Nightly starts at $49 for rigs up to 29 feet and $69 for 40 to 50 feet, with monthly and annual tiers on the rates page.
We are not a resort. No waterpark, no swim-up bar, no restaurant on site. If that is the trip, Bear Bottom or Coconuts will do it better and you should book them. If the trip is the boat, the fishing, and being on the water at Osage Beach for less than the inland parks charge, that is us.
Compare us against the entries above. Lake Ozarks RV Resort has the nicer bathhouse and the longer pull-thrus and costs $28 to $41 a night more with no water. Osage Beach RV Park has the better review history and closes for winter. The state park is cheaper and books a year out. Pick on what matters for your trip.
